How do I clear up the issue on the top of this page

There is no guideline as to how many links are sufficient but per WP:O the notice can usually be removed if more than 3 articles link to the article in question were created. You can remove the message, if you think the requirement has been fulfilled. Generally, the essay at WP:O will provide a good overview about this topic.
