When was this section built?

I find 'becoming a physically divided highway that was built in the 1970s". Huh? I am originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and remember Industrial Highway as the route from Chester to Philadelphia before I-95 was built in that area, and Industrial Highway goes back further than the 1970s. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.82 (talk) 21:23, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
