Relevant

[edit]

is this really even relevant? (who cares?) furthermore, CareerLink is a nationwide database that lawschool's subscribe to for their students to access. there's no distinction of that here. i would think that's probably more well known than this thing solely in PA. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.229.38.54 (talk) 23:14, 4 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

For those who are unemployed, or seeking a better job, or just entering the workforce, this service is quite relevant. --DThomsen8 (talk) 14:51, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Trademark

[edit]

The trademark for the term 'careerlink' is owned by the AIM Institute in Omaha, NE. I think this article name should be changed to 'Pennsylvania Careerlink' so there is no confusion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.63.118.164 (talk) 18:20, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Name Change Needed

[edit]

The CareerLink name is not specific to PA.

Many other colleges use Careerlink as their way of letting employers listing openings for students. I know that other colleges use CareerLink such as AIM institute CareerLink (which owns Http://www.CareerLink.com), NDSU CareerLink(https://ndsu-csm.symplicity.com ), AAHPERD CareerLink (http://www.aahperd.org/Careers), Washington Universitiy in St. Louis CareerLink(http://careercenter.wustl.edu) among others.

The name of this page at least needs to change to being specific to the PA CareerLink site, especially in light of the AIM institute owning the figurehead site. I'll start the process of this later today as I am at work and can not sign in at this time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.92.106.61 (talk) 14:44, 3 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
