My fellow classmates and I will be adding sections to this article. This sections will be an Introduction, Background, Provisions with a subsection on passage of the bill, and Influences/Differences from the Anatomy Act of 1832. Krutschc (talk) 01:19, 1 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Here are a couple suggestions for the article :)

1.Expand on “Passage of the Bill” & “Extent” sections.

2.Add more on the people involved with the Act.

3. Second paragraph of Background heading and entire Provisions of the Act heading contains no citations. Try finding more references, especially since it is its own page.

4.Need more links to other pages.

5.Add images.

6. Fix some grammar issues: a few incomplete and run-on sentences. Punctuation errors: specifically comma use. Sentence structure: some sentences are grammatically correct but seem labored. Does not flow smoothly, fairly choppy.

7.Otherwise, it is awesome and impressive you were able to make a new wikipedia page!

I think this is a really great article, very informative. The Extent section is actually, I think, the most important part. There are a couple things I noticed while reading, so here’s the suggestions I have.

  • Grammar - there are a LOT of grammatical errors throughout the article in all of the sections.
  • Make the information more concise. Specifically in the background section. The first paragraph is okay, but the second is really confusing. I had to reread it a couple of times to know what was going on.
  • Provisions of the Act - the sections weren’t in order and that’s really confusing.
  • In the passage of the act - I would removed the word “was” before “opposed.”

Hope these help! Vaughnrose (talk) 01:07, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
