Why does this article exist?

I can't figure out the rationale for this article existing. Should we (do we?) have an article on every ROTC unit of every branch on every campus? I sure hope not. Is this one unique? Can someone explain why I should not nominate this for AfD? Un school 04:35, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
