Quarry lease
[edit]The Cornishman advertisement on page 1, 27 May 1880 may be for Penlee Quarry. The land is owned by the Charity of Stephen Hutchens.
A piece of land, containing half-an-acre, part of a Croft called the Great Cliff, situate on the Eastern side of Paul Hill, sloping down from the High Road from Newlyn to Mousehole
