Moved article from draft

I moved the article per discussion from draft to the new name. There was a suggestion to use "region" but other articles like Pembina Valley Region, Black Dirt Region, Calumet Region, as well as Columbia Basin dictate the current name. Otr500 (talk) 21:07, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
