[edit]I added this and fumus boni iuris, after finding they did not exist in Wikipedia in English. I found the Italian articles, while seeking information for a translation I am doing from Portuguese to English. While I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and French, I do not claim any fluency with Italian (although can make a good deal of sense from it). I used a bit of machine translation to render the Italian to Portuguese, then translated from there, myself. I am not exactly an expert ni Latin legal terms, or European law, however, and would appreciate any later corrections or input from those who are. thanks --Anthonybaldwin (talk) 23:49, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the translation. FYI, while trying to add a link to the Italian Wikipedia version, I found that, confusingly enough, this already exists in English Wikipedia as Periculum in mora, so this is basically a duplicate. Someone should propose a merge request; I'll try within the month. Duckmather (talk) 20:10, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
- Actually, since WP:MERGE suggests that "Articles that are young or short, such as stubs differing only in title and wording, should be merged immediately" and "If the need for a merge is obvious, editors can be bold and simply do it", so I'm trying it myself right now. As required by article merge protocol, I'm inserting a merged-to template. I'll write some more on this if it fails. Duckmather (talk) 23:46, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
- Since there are no tags to reconcile (no WikiProject templates, no merged-from templates, and no copied templates), Special:WhatLinksHere doesn't list any Article-space redirects to here, and there are no non-free files, I'm counting this as a successful merge per WP:MERGE.
