Pekka Korpi is in Category:Finnish harness racers, which is in Category:Harness racers, which is in Category:People in harness racing (all of which appear to be correct, and none of which are marked as non-diffusing or all-inclusive), so per WP:SUBCAT the article does not need to be in Category:People in harness racing directly.
