Final line in Sound of Music
[edit]Peggy also speaks the final line of the movie--"What is this sin, my children?"
- I'm no expert but I VERY much doubt this is true. From my recollection of having seen the movie half a dozen times over the years, the nuns play no further part in the movie after Maria's marriage to Captain von Trapp. A lot happens after that, and there were no nuns in the final scenes where the family escapes from the concert hall and over the mountains. -- JackofOz (talk) 07:06, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
- They were. While the Von Trapps are in hiding the Nazis search the Abbey for them. Two nuns remove parts of their car and confess their sins to the reverend mother, where she speaks this line. 2600:1702:1610:C50:16A:8860:2B02:C933 (talk) 22:27, 28 May 2023 (UTC)

Starring in Bittersweet
[edit]Coward wrote the leading role... with Gertrude Lawrence in mind, but the vocal demands of the part were beyond her capabilities. His second choice, Evelyn Laye, refused the role... Coward's third choice, Peggy Wood, made a considerable success in the part...
- Surprised that this is not represented in her career summary. Valetude (talk) 01:15, 21 November 2015 (UTC)
