- ... that Peewee Jarrett went from having no offers to play college football, a two-year span with no playing time, and being "set on quitting football", to signing into the National Football League?

- QPQ done. BeanieFan11 (talk) 23:54, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

- Long enough, new enough. Earwig's down, so AGFing, and QPQ done. The source says "Jarrett played seven games in an Ellsworth jersey before an injury shifted him to the bench." and Ellsworth is a college - am I missing something?--Launchballer 21:38, 9 June 2024 (UTC)
- Turns out I am missing something, a ping to @BeanieFan11:.--Launchballer 19:40, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Launchballer: I'm guessing you're referring to the part that reads
having no offers to play college football
? I think you're right – I had initially wrote that after readingTwo words stand out on Jarrett’s recruiting profile: No interest. The 6-foot-2, 215-pound high schooler held no Division I offers, no Division II offers, no Division III offers
– but I forgot that community colleges (like Ellsworth) can also offer athletic scholarships (meant by 'offers'). Maybe it could be changed tohaving no offers to play NCAA college football
? Or something else? BeanieFan11 (talk) 23:21, 11 June 2024 (UTC)- Fine by me, but you can't have adjacent links per WP:SEAOFBLUE.--Launchballer 23:27, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
- @BeanieFan11: just putting this nomination back on your radar :) theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 05:30, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Launchballer: Oops, forgot about this. What about, as ALTs, since saying "NCAA college football" doesn't sound like it'd work:
- ALT1 ... that football quarterback Peewee Jarrett went from having a two-year span with no playing time and being "set on quitting football" to signing into the National Football League?
- ALT2 ... that football player Peewee Jarrett went from having a two-year span with no playing time and being "set on quitting football" to signing into the National Football League?
- Thoughts? BeanieFan11 (talk) 23:56, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
- I'd lose "football quarterback"/"football player" per WP:DYKTRIM, but otherwise that's basically a trimmed ALT0 and that otherwise checked out, so let's roll. (Now get back to work on Georgi Romanov.)--Launchballer 08:40, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
