Article title needs to be changed to something like "Peñas Blancas, Quindio" as Peñas Blancas is two words, not one - alternatively, it may be better to amalgamate this page with the "Calarca, Quindio" page. Richard3120 (talk) 19:47, 23 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal
