Category:Separatist forces of the war in Donbass
[edit]Until 28 March 2017, this article was in Category:Separatist forces of the war in Donbass. There is a discussion at Category talk:Separatist forces of the war in Donbass#What should be included in this category about what should be included in the category.-- Toddy1 (talk) 09:03, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
Archive URLs
[edit]An editor has twice removed archive URLs from the article on the grounds that "they weren't and wont be dead".[1][2] I would prefer that the archive URLs were retained - see Wikipedia:Citing sources/Further considerations#Pre-emptive archiving. When the "deadurl=no" parameter in the citation template is set (as was the case here), the prominent link is still the original link. However if that link stops working, the archive is still there. I do not see any benefit in removing the archive URLs.-- Toddy1 (talk) 04:23, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
- I agree with you. There's no reason to remove preemptively archived URLs with
|dead-url=no
