Paula Wolfert's Bibliography
[edit]I have gone through the bibliography, correcting the publisher and date for several entries, all of which now match the earliest US editions. I have not yet updated the ISBN details although they certainly need it; I'll try and get that done next week sometime.
I have a full set of US first editions here but am aware that HarperCollins have latterly used two other imprints (William Morrow Cookbooks and Ecco) for reissues without making that clear. I've double checked with original press reviews for all the HarperCollins books.
Both HarperPerennial and Wiley's reissues of earlier volumes are heavily revised - I wonder if these should actually be listed separately in the bibliography. StephenJPC (talk) 21:25, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
The Cooking of South-West France
[edit]The correct title for Paula Wolfert's 1983 book is 'The Cooking of South-West France'. South West can be written without the hyphen in English, although Ms Wolfert opted to use the hyphen as would be obligatory in French (Sud-Ouest).
Wiley's revised 2005 edition is incorrectly retitled as 'The Cooking of Southwest France' which is poor English at best. Ms Wolfert's website continues to show South and West as two separate words.

I've corrected the title where it clearly relates to the 1983 edition. I think that we should correct the quotes too since they repeat the error.
I'd have expected better of Wiley. StephenJPC (talk) 17:40, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
