[edit]i have checked the reference links and they appear to be active and relevant references. i have also added links to the subject's verifiable media appearances. Pondboy (talk) 08:48, 30 April 2011 (UTC) Italic text
In the interest of full disclosure: I contributed sections, and citations for them, after being asked by a few non-profit organizations whom roadmonkey works with to create a Wiki entry explaining my background as a journalist prior to creating Roadmonkey. I asked the executives from these organizations to begin the article, to abide by Wikipedia's preference against people writing about themselves. None of these executives, most of whom don't speak English as a first language, felt comfortable navigating the article-creating process. So I did. Before beginning, I studied several other pages of notable individuals - including a few of my ex-colleagues' at the NYT - and considered my own so-called notability, to determine whether this page would pass muster among Wikipedia editors. In that spirit, the page's assertions are all fact-based and supported by credible, independent sources. I could have created this page by logging in with their user accounts, thereby avoiding the appearance of COI. But that would be, in fact, misleading. So I chose to do it in the way, and for the reasons, I've described here. Roadmonk (talk) 21:09, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
The article's assertions appear fact based and dispassionate. based on notations above, COI tag warrants removal. QuietViolet (talk) 00:46, 3 May 2011 (UTC)

- What should I do?
You can remove the code for this image from the article text (which can look messy), however a different bot may already have done so. You could also try to search for new images to replace the one deleted. If you think the deletion was in error please raise the issue at Commons.
