[edit]Just as a note, should further biographical details of Paul du Feu be included in future reliable sources: the birth record at FreeBMD gives du Feu's mother's surname as "Kelly"; the only corresponding marriage is that of Barnard (sic; given other records and his son's middle name, actually Bernard) H. du Feu and Mary C. Kelly, at Marylebone in 1924. The only man matching the name is Bernard Henry du Feu, who in 1956 was made MBE as "Assistant Regional Manager, London South Eastern Region, Central Land Board and War Damage Commission", as can be seen at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1956_New_Year_Honours. The London Gazette of 8 January 1935 (issue 34122)- https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/34122/page/230 - carries a notice of Bernard Henry du Feu's appointment as an area officer for the Unemployment Assistance Board. Per FreeBMD, Bernard Henry du Feu, born 19 January 1900, was registered as having died in September 1974, in the Warwick and Leamington district of Warwickshire. From the same source, Mary Catherine du Feu, born 17 September 1897, was registered as having died at Bromley in March 1982. Unfortunately none of this appears to be featured in any sources pertaining to Paul du Feu. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.217.17 (talk) 03:33, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
