I've re-added the notability and unreferenced tags to this article, as the references provided do not appear to conform to Wikipedia's guidelines on reliable sources, available at WP:RS. Although the austin360.com article probably qualifies as a reliable source, that particular citation does not even mention the subject of this article's name and cannot be used as a source to establish notability.
