Death
[edit]Alan Truscott observed in his NYT bridge column 1983-03-31 that Lukacs "of Tel Aviv" "died late in 1982". He did not comment on Lucacs 1982-09-21 recommending the recent reissue of Darvas & Lucacs (1960) "This brilliant collection of single-dummy problems, perhaps the best ever assembled". He referred to "the late Paul Lukacs" in 1986 if not later. --P64 (talk) 20:03, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
