I deleted the statement that he is "referred to as one of the most popular artists of his generation" because the source was a bio published by his agent! I love Paul Lewis's playing (just came from a concert of his, in fact), but it's almost surely an exaggeration to say "one of the most popular", and unless this is quoting an arm's length commentator, the claim doesn't belong in Wikipedia.
