2007 WSOP health problems?
[edit]According to some bloggers, Clark had a handful of heart attacks or strokes (e.g. http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/poker-blog/2007/07/218_poker_purgatory_or_whats_on_the_left_side.php ) can anyone verify this and/or give more details? I think it would certainly be noteable (apparently it was when he was doing well in the Razz event, so at the very least it says something about his tenacity ;) ) 199.214.28.95 18:03, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
^ Also http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/poker-blog/2007/08/221_wsop_68_viva_los_muertos_part_i.php (which in addition mentions that Clark has acknowledged being the "inventor" of Badugi (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Badugi ) , or at least the one to have popularized it for the west. 199.214.28.95 18:11, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Re stroke/heart attack: There was one WSOP in which I think he had an event at the table, not sure what year. I also saw him in person wearing an eye patch which may have been due to a stroke -- this might have been in 2012. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.230.251.244 (talk) 15:15, 16 September 2022 (UTC)
