Notability of shops

I work at the Patriot Place complex in one of the stores, and I could fill out the list of shops easily, but I was wondering at what point the shops aren't important. Obviously, big, unique stores like the Bass and the Skipjack's are notable, but what about the Bar Louie? The Five Guys? Trivial controversy

Is a $46,000 payment dispute really a true controversy on a $350 million project? This hardly seems worth keeping. Shouldn't trivia like this be removed under WP:BOLD? But the last person to remove it was reverted. 24.62.2.251 (talk) 20:18, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
