Groin injury

[edit]

"....to have his testicles removed." was deleted because it is currently uncertain what the permanent consequences will be. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ducio1234 (talkcontribs) 18:27, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just watched the Norwegian news, and it was confirmed that he did NOT have to remove a testicle or operate, which they had feared earlier. It was also one testicle that was injured and that they might have had to remove, and not both. GoogleMe (talk) 19:35, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Name spelling

[edit]

Any Norwegian speakers able to confirm that his name is natively spelled Thöresen? I listened to the Norwegian video the Oilers posted last week, and it sounded very much like "Thöresen". --68.145.53.204 00:10, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That's not correct; it's spelled Thoresen. The letter ö is not part of the Norwegian alphabet. Zerblatt 19:54, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
