The first sentence of the article, which traditionally for Wikipedia biographical articles includes the subject's nationality, describes him as "an Irish peer, banker and public servant". Is this meant to say that his peerage is Irish, or that he himself was Irish? If it's the former, I would submit that it's confusing. If the latter, it appears from this article and from his father's article to be incorrect. His father is described as British, and the life that the article recounts is of a leader in British business, a member of the British House of Lords, a British government minister, and the recipient of an award from a foreign country for his work in relations between that county and the UK. To avoid confusion, I would suggest the opening sentence describe him as "was a British banker and public servant" ("peer" doesn't need to be there since it's redundant with already having said he was Earl of Limerick), with a mention of the fact that his peerage was in the peerage of Ireland (which is info that the article definitely does need to contain) coming early on in the body, no later than his father's death.
