War crimes allegations
[edit]In a 2018 book, Canadian journalist Judi Rever documented evidence of war crimes committed by the article's subject during Rwanda's civil war. I added a section on these allegations with reference to the source. A user has twice deleted this section without explanation. I encourage this user or users who have an issue with section to discuss on the talk page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anaxagoras17 (talk • contribs) 03:15, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
