Disambiguation

I disambiguated Patriot to Patriot (American Revolution), but I'm not sure if it would more properly be disambiguated to Patriotism. Unless my assumption that the mascot is specifically referring to a rebelling British colonist is correct, it should be changed. Thanks! -- Anaraug 23:49, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

College Admission Statistics

I keep geting rid of something irrelevant and unenciclopedic and some ass hat keeps revoking the edit. The thing says:

These results clearly show that the students who are successful at Patrick Henry can compete successfully with any student from around the country for admission to any college or university. We had many...

I got rid of the first sentence which is clearly a NOT a neutral point of view and replaced the unintelligible "we" with a They. HOW IS THAT VANDALISM?

That sentence is a blatantly obvious opinion and not a fact, so stop puting it in.

Honestly, I think this whole section should be removed - one year's college admission statistics aren't encyclopedic at all. You look at any of the Good or Featured Articles in Wikipedia:WikiProject_Schools and none of them have this kind of stuff. Honors classes

The section describing academic programs and honors classes needs editing. Since you made your comment, the following has been added and removed:

On April 10, 2022, the The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that the school had eliminated its honors courses in advanced English, advanced history, and advanced biology. The newspaper said that Michelle Irwin, the school's principal, had "cut the courses for equity reasons, according to an email she wrote to parents."

I don't know if that particular source is reliable or not, but I did want to point out that this content did briefly appear in the article, albeit only after you made your comment. I will not take sides as to including or not including it, as I am not familiar with the level of reliability of that particular source.
