what it needs for improvement is references. The deWP style of general referencing is not considered acceptable at enWP. I see the German article has many more references, so you could at least add them. Don't be concerned at adding multiple references ot the same source--there are ways to combine them, and if you don't know them, I can easily do that. You do not have to reference every sentence, but you should indicate for every paragraph what is the best source for it. In addition, there undoubtedly exist some English references, at least for the general aspects--try to find them.
(This should be done with the other article also--I accepted it because in that case it's fairly obvious from the title which item is a source for each section, but it is still subject to challenge, and you really need to do it before it gets challenged.
