I'll review this article shortly. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 22:17, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here are the issues I found:

  • "and also the first Mayor of" the also isn't really needed here.
  • "who served the NSW Parliament" wouldn't it be served on the in both instances?
  • "On 31 March 1937, He married Nance Maude on 31 March 1937" cut out one of those dates.
  • "Member of the Balmoral branch" i'd provide a link for what the Balmoral branch is for those unfamiliar with Australian politics (me). NSW branch I can figure out pretty clearly however.
  • Mcgirr should be linked, not sure exactly who it is (full anme should be used as well since it's the only mention).
  • "When Treatt's Coalition was defeated at the 14 February 1953 election," there's no follow-up to this statement, and the full sentence ends up being a fragment. Fix that.
  • "gaining 8 seats" eight seats.
  • "and was triggered by the gaoling of two councillors for bribery" that was triggered.

I'll put the article on hold and will pass it when the issues are fixed. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 04:27, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

All done except your second suggestion, which I believe is correct since the NSW Parliament is the total body, they served in the legislative assembly part of the parliament and thus you would say they 'served' the body or I could say they 'served in...' the relevant house, which i have opted not to for brevity's sake. Everything looks good now, so I'll pass the article. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 15:23, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
