Removed material on cultural advancement

There was a significant amount of material in this article discussing the general theories and descriptions of the change from hunter-gathers to villagers. While it described how a village like Paso de la Amada could come to be, it was describing any village and wasn't uniquely suited to Paso de la Amada. So, I pulled it out.
