I know that american indians receive money from the government, Are yaqui indians from mexico entitled to the same ?

i was wary on presenting the history, only because its already in the main article about the people, however I left it because it shows the interaction and eventual development of the Tribe. Somerset219 08:38, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yaqui homelands

Users have been editing the page to say that the Yaqui homelands only included the vally of the Rio Yaqui. While the traditional 8 pueblos excised there, cited sources include on this page have said the the Yaqui has been in Arizona for ages even before Columbus, and upon further research it can be found that the Yaqui had roamed and settled here in the area below the Gila River. 50.20.127.133 (talk) 20:49, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop deleting cited text. Perhaps published source are discussing a different timeframe than you do. If you find secondary, published sources that back up your statements, please furnish them. Read about sources at wp:cite. Yuchitown (talk) 20:54, 25 November 2022 (UTC)Yuchitown[reply]
