Single source and accuracy

[edit]

There's a banner at the top of the page saying the article relies on a single source. Is this necessarily a problem for such a short article, if the source is reliable? The banner also says that relevant discussion can be found on the talk page, but I found nothing here. More problematic is the claim in the article that the work was first recorded in 2010 by Noseda. I believe there exists a 1968 recording by Celibidache. If nobody objects, I propose removing the banner about the single source and also removing the claim that Noseda's recording was the first. 94.197.156.134 (talk) 22:00, 6 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody has objected after a week, so I think over the next few days I'll attempt to add information about other recordings besides the Noseda one, and remove the banner. 94.197.156.134 (talk) 22:26, 13 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I suspect there are not many, if any at all, watchers of this article. The banner was a lazy addition by an anonymous editor in 2019. You are welcome to improve the article. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 01:46, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I've made a few small changes, adding a list of recordings and using the Chandos booklet as a reference for a claim that was unsourced. --94.197.156.134 (talk) 09:43, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
All of which are welcome improvements, thank you! Dallapiccola has a quite a few articles with under-developed content, if you have any extra time on your hands. Aza24 (talk) 22:29, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
