The request to rename this article to Part-time job has been carried out.

Part-time contract → Part-time job – Per WP:COMMONNAME. Google Ngrams shows that "part-time job" is far more popular a phrase. Arbeit

In Japan and South Korea, a form of part-time job is called "Arbeit", which indeed comes from the German word for 'work' or 'labour'. The term is considered to be a form of 'broken English', so, when using 'correct English', it is often recommended to replace it with "part-time job".

However, the Japanese- and Korean-language editions of Wikipedia each have a separate article about "Arbeit", aside from what is linked to the English Wikipedia's "Part-time job" article. These "Arbeit" articles currently do not have a corresponding article on the English Wikipedia, and when one is eventually created, I hope it will be titled "Arbeit in Japan and South Korea".

In a somewhat related matter, the English Wikipedia does have an article titled "Part-time jobs in South Korea", which does not have a corresponding article in the other editions of Wikipedia, even in Korean.

So, what can be done?

Create the "Arbeit in Japan and South Korea" as a new, separate article, while maintaining the "Part-time jobs in South Korea" article to give us detailed situations in South Korea; or,
Retool the "Part-time jobs in South Korea" article to add an overview of "Arbeit" in Japan as well, and rename it to "Arbeit in Japan and South Korea".
