Too specific?

I was wondering if it might be useful to include a link to the Parole article, which includes a history of the formation of parole (especially in the United States). From there, would it be effective to also explain more on parole board reform? Or should that be a separate page, perhaps specific to location? Here are some sources I have been looking into!
