Governor is not part of Parliament
[edit]I have deleted a reference to the state governor as being a component of the parliament. In case anyone should see this as controversial, here is a quote from the Western Australian Year Book 1979, page 114. The Crown, represented by the Governor, and the Parliament, comprising a Legislative Council and a Legislative Assembly, constitute the legislature of Western Australia.' Added reference for the Queen, though I am not Australian.
[edit]I added a reference for the Queen of Australia which is Queen Elizabeth ll. I figured that I would add this in case someone had no idea what the page is talking about. I am American, so that means that we have a lot more dumb people than most western nations. Bubba2018 (talk) 21:33, 22 October 2018 (UTC)Bubba2018
Out of Date Legislative Council Image
[edit]The image for the Legislative Council is out of date and therefore incorrect. Could someone who knows how to correct the image please do so? Thank you.

- Yes it is - the term of the new Legislative Council does not begin until 22 May 2021. Frickeg (talk) 22:42, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
History out of date
[edit]It reads as if we're still in 2017, and the LC "will expire" in 2017 etc. Needs work. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 21:42, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- Have removed the offending paragraph. Frickeg (talk) 22:43, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
