Content
[edit]WP:N(E) has nothing to do with the acceptability of article contents, it has only to do with the notability required to have an article at all. Contents of articles should be verifiable, and relevant. In my opinion, the re-added content (a list of major stores) is relevant to the reader's understanding of the shopping center. This short list is consistent with most other shopping center articles, and is directly verifiable from the linked shopping center website, which acts like a reliable primary source, without inline citation.
