Title should have stayed Collin County Parks and Open Spaces

The actual office of park and open space management is called "Collin County Parks and Open Spaces". This isn't really a page about just any 'open space' in collin county but about the five parks maintained or owned by this county office. Transderm 12:37, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
