I am not sure if it is preferable to be precise, or just simplify the rules for easy reading. In addition, I was not able to find the case on bailii.org so I can't put up a link to the actual text for those who want the exact wording. (If it is preferred to have the exact wording, then I can put that in instead. Clarifying comments added to explain the meaning and implications of some of the rules. Some are extemporaneous from myself as I study the case for an exam, some are drawn from examples presented in class, which I can probably work up a citation for. External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Parker v British Airways Board. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}

- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20100601074139/http://www.unlockingthelaw.co.uk:80/samples/land%20law%20chapter%201.pdf to http://www.unlockingthelaw.co.uk/samples/land%20law%20chapter%201.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
