New page, more coming soon

[edit]

Hi, I created this page partly because I mention the centre elsewhere, and partly because I feel it's a wonderful resource that more people (especially Friends) should know about it. It's also related to a lot of interesting history, which I hope other people might build up (relating to the Pardshaw Meeting House itself), but I'll get around to at some point.

At the moment, the article is very much a stub, but I intend to expand it in the near future.

Lastly, this is my first time creating a page on wikipedia, so please be gentle. SamBC 13:34, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fourth Month, 2019 - I have picked up the stub and expanded it to cover the laying down of Pardshaw as a YFGM concern, with link to the minutes of the meeting where the decision was made, the meetings held in 2018 to find a new vision (link included to reports in the Friend) and a brief precis of events 2018-2019

Request for comments : Is there merit in re-naming this page to Pardshaw Quaker Meeting House or Pardshaw Quaker Centre, given that the Young Friends Centre as an active concern was laid down in 2008 132.185.161.120 (talk) 11:24, 23 May 2019 (UTC) Rowan Langley[reply]
