If this photo is removed from Commons, I would suggest either moving it to enwiki (via a fair use justification), or else adding some other fair-use photo to enwiki (such as a screen grab from Simaku's winning performance in the 1985 Albanian Song Festival). — Rich wales (no relation to Jimbo) 18:09, 18 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
