Molecular genetics

Nowadays we have molecular genetics. Therefore I do not understand why the relationship between the various sorts of amniotes is still that unclear. According to me, fossiles are no longer needed.--80.141.191.65 (talk) 10:43, 7 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anapsida vs. Parareptilia

Parareptilia Olson, 1947, is the preferred name. Check out the following paper regarding Parareptilia (or Anapsida) phylogeny.
