Roller-compacted concrete construction
[edit]This should be mentioned - especially as now there are serious public concerns about this dam and the type of construction relative to the geology etc.

In addition, it's important that this dam be listed in the category Roller-compacted concrete dams, as its insufficiency (currrently, it is proposed to be entirely replaced for safety reasons) seems to be substantially ascribed to its roller compacted construction (limited adhesion between layers)[1][2]. I can't find anything currently that explains why the adhesion has failed, not sure if it's yet known.
For it to appear seems to require the tag "| dam_type = Roller-compacted concrete" whereas the current tag is "| dam_type = g" I'm not sure whether a tag can have multiple values, will try it, but my apologies if this screws up, I haven't been able to find documentation on multiple tag values.
