August or September

This version of the page ( Revision as of 14:47, 14 February 2006) said:

Panzer Group Africa (German Panzergruppe Afrika) was established in September 1941 to control the German mechanized forces in North Africa during World War II.

But the current text which comes from the Afrika Korps page says:

On August 15 1941 Panzer Group Africa was activated with Rommel in command, and command of the Afrika Korps was turned over to Ludwig Crüwell.

Can someone please check which is correct and if necessary amend both pages to reflect the correct date. --Philip Baird Shearer 22:16, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
