Copy Edit

I added the copy-edit tag to this page because I think it needs some work on grammar, organization, and sentence structure to be more coherent. I did what I could, but in some areas I can't quite understand the point that's trying to be communicated, so I put the tag on to alert someone who might be better able to make these clean-up edits.
