Talk:PanIQ Escape Room

I am a freelance writer and new editor to Wikipedia. I have been contracted as a writer by PanIQ Escape Room via Upwork, an online freelance platform, (Upwork profile) since February 2018 to write and proofread a variety of different pieces, from room background stories to press releases. In October 2019, I was asked to update the Wikipedia page about their company as it contains a great deal of outdated information. They have also asked that I update the Rooms section with information about more recent themes that are not currently represented on the page.

The updates I'd like to make are as follows: 1) Several of the locations listed are either no longer in operation, or no longer part of the PanIQ Escape Room franchise. In addition, there are several units currently under construction that should be listed, and the page updated as they are completed and opened. 2) Inclusion of the Series A venture capital award the company received, which was the impetus for many of the units currently in development. 3) Updating the Rooms section to reflect the company's current lineup of rooms across the franchise. 4) Remove citations that incorrectly associate certain locations with PanIQ Escape Room Franchise.

This is my first time editing like this, so I want to make sure that I do it right. I have expressed to the company the need to remain objective and non-promotional with the edits, and they are in agreement. All of the edits I'd like to make are simply factual updates aimed at reflecting the business's current state of operation. Balderdinger (talk) 05:50, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
