I'm an inclusionist and I'm having trouble seeing the notability here. My opinion is that there should be a Spanish rice article (parallel to Spanish wine) and that this microtopic should be merged and covered there. Then the existing Spanish rice article becomes renamed to Spanish rice (cuisine). Alternatively, the new article could be titled Spanish rice (commodity), but that seems forced, and it's not hard to hatnote to Spanish rice (cuisine) from the new article.
Much of this information exists already, but I found it scattered and hard to assemble, coming at the subject from one excellent paella outcome in my home kitchen (but no soccarat yet, that remains a work in progress).
I'm not going to put forward a merge proposal to a target that doesn't yet exist.
Also, there's a parallel article Calasparra rice where "rice" is lower case. That should be the same here, should it not?
