Found this article under the search for "articles having a promotional tone" and read through the deletion discussion, dated back to 2013. While there was no apparent consensus, the article has neither been deleted nor have significant additions to the citations been made. Article has only one source, not in English. The translated version of that page does not seem to support the content provided in the article. Acting on good faith, I have tagged the article for copy editing and will try to verify claims made in the article. Otherwise, I will try to clean up any claims which are not validated.
It seems that many of these claims were reverted in 2016 and then re-added in September, 2016 by a what looks like an unregistered user, who has only contributed two edits - that large revert and a small edition to this same article, also in September 2016.
I have found a source online at Starz.com which has near verbatim text as what is listed here for Pallavi, but for Meryl Streep. I wonder if somehow that text was randomly selected for this article, because search as I might, I can't find this text referencing Pallavi, nor really any quality sources at all.
See source: https://www.starz.com/favorite/5011
"Meryl Streep began her acting career with a level of worship typically reserved for seasoned veterans. From her early work in "The Deer Hunter" (1978) and "Kramer vs. Kramer" (1979), it quickly became apparent to the sharpest of critics - even the most casual of moviegoers - that the chameleon-like Streep was an unparalleled master of character, accents and genres. The benchmark was set for every working actress with Streep's work as a Polish Nazi camp survivor...." The article goes on from here.
I removed the statement indicating what Kumandum reportedly said, because 1) this appears to be a plagiarization of the Starz site and 2) After translating the https://www.kumudam.com/ site from Tamil into English and performing a search, no results for Pallavi appear within the site - their search function pulls up external results and 3) the Kumandum site requires a login and password and finally 4) regardless of whether this text is copying Starz, its sounds very promotional and not encyclopedic. Since the citation was not provided, it seems logical to remove the unverified claim.
I am removing several other unverified claims and rephrasing sentences to be less promotional. I have located sources for some of the statements however I have not found sources for most of the movies listed. Curdigirl (talk) 03:34, 20 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Removed any movies which had no Wikipedia article and no source
Converted remaining movies into a table, so that sources/notes could be added - prior format was not allowing citations or I just couldn't make it work.
Removed all statements which were unsourced or poorly source - the only English language source provided in external link section which could back up some of the statements, was a private blog, which in turn cited no sources, making that source not an RS.
I would note that at that private blog, it almost seemed as if the personage of two different people was being referred to - the image shown was not matching the person depicted as Pallavi on the cast and crew pages for this actress at Filmibeat - different picture of course, but it really looks like a totally different person. Anyway, there are several actresses using some form of the name "Pallavi" and this may be where some of the confusion is coming from.

I just added a notability tag to the article and removed biographic material which had no sources (or only that blog source I mentioned.) I did this because after
searching the internet to validate claims and try to find RS sources, the pickings were very slim. I found zero news articles covering this person directly, in English....perhaps coverage exists in one of the several languages this actress performs in however I was unable to confirm. Without such RS material, that's why I raise that notability concern. I also removed the categories which referred to unsourced or poorly sourced (blog only) material which has since been removed. I welcome your thoughts or discussion on this topic. Curdigirl (talk) 02:22, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
