– The article currently titled Palladius is not the clear primary topic. The results of a search of Palladius on Google Books show a greater frequency of the Palladius who was a Latin agricultural writer and the Palladius who wrote the Historia Lausiaca (Palladius of Aspuna, aka Palladius of Galatia). Several incoming links to Palladius seem to be in error: at a glance, I see more than a few that are intended for the agricultural writer, so there may be others for the church historian or someone else. The number of incoming links is inflated in comparison to the other Palladii because the bishop of Ireland appears on the Template:Hiberno-Latin to 1169. Note that while no other Palladius articles have "bishop" as their main title, there are several redirects: Palladius (bishop of Saintes), Palladius (bishop of Embrun), Palladius (bishop of Aspuna), and Palladius (bishop of Helenopolis). Several redirects involving a form of "saint", such as St. Palladius, erroneously redirect to the bishop of Ireland, even though there were other Palladii considered saints. Striking "erroneously" because I haven't checked to see whether the links are actually in error, or only potentially going to the wrong target among the multiple Sancti Palladii. Cynwolfe (talk) 18:03, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
