Overall: Article is new enough and long enough, qpq is done, I think its neutral. The only thing I would suggest is moving ", a symbolic venue given the Viktor Orbán government's attacks on the university which forced it to leave the country" out of the lead and into the main body of the article, as I think it better placed there.
