Thanks for your comment. Per Wikipedia policy, the phrasing of our articles follows reliable sources; can you give some sources for your statement? Right now that statement from the article is based on the BBC. [1] -- Khazar2 (talk) 18:03, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have amended the article. All sources in Polish that I have read say the same thing: the decision of the prosecutor was based on the fact that the girl was fourteen. Ridodfer (talk) 11:38, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
