Old talk
[edit]A few sentences are not structured well."In Nato analysis...due to potential..due to speed...".Due to appears once in a sentence.
Name of air launched variant
[edit]The text says it's Kh-4, but various sources mention the name is Kh-41, so does anyone have a conclusive answer? - Dammit 15:33, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
My Russian Inventory has a picture that looks eerily like the Moskit(4 engines on the rear). The name is listed as, "Kh-31A HIGH-SPEED ANTISHIP MISSILE". Victory in Germany (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:34, 6 July 2010 (UTC).
P-270 Warhead size
[edit]On the SS-N-22 page under P-270, near the beginning of the first paragraph it says "armed with a 300-kilogram warhead" and at the end of the same paragraph later it says "It can deliver a warhead of 320 kg".
On the P-270 Moskit page in the Info box it says "Warhead 320 kg" and in the Specifications it says "Warhead weight, kg 300".
Can someone clarify please. FerdinandFrog (talk) 12:01, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
Top-heavy, isn't it?
[edit]Most of the article is before the Contents listing. Shouldn't the Contents be toward the beginning, i.e, the introduction be a lot shorter than it is now?
Not that I know quite what to d oabout it, sorry; just thought I'd start the discussion in case those who actually wrote it hadn't happened to notice.--CRConrad (talk) 11:23, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
Article Omits Most Interesting Features
[edit]ROCKET very active and very sharply and very over and over again moving in all directions (hundreds or tens of meters). it provides almost zero efficiency antiaircraft Artillery + dramatically reduces the effect antirockets. There are special about this movie but not in English.
and firing range contains 2 times lower. specified range at the minimum height. usually any missile 15-40 km at low altitude. but not all only 120. 250 although it is only at a high. 89.105.158.243 (talk) 16:08, 27 July 2014 (UTC)
The missile can perform intensive anti-defense maneuvers with overloads in excess of 10g, which completed for 9 km before the target.[5][6][7]

One soviet missile - I believe this one uncertain- performs an unusual maneuver. Usually the missile with come straight and directly in at you (target) that missile would turn almost 90 degrees , wait a bit , then turn back at target. - What occurs is part of the radar / targeting system is mounted side of midsection of missile instead of the nose and the maneuver allow it to see the target.
