What did he actually do?
[edit]This article contains no info on Why Mr Perak is a folklore hero. Did he fight Nazis? The closest thing to anything on this aspect is that he "jumps out and startles people" - but who? This should be in the header.
I came here via the see also section of the Ghost of Kyiv, which seems to suggest that Perak fought against Nazis. Seems innapropriate to link such an unclear and poorly explained article to one of undoubtadly high traffic.
